Im 14 and my mom and i have been fightin alot lately, but we just dont get along like we dont. So long story short, i have to have surgery this summer on my feet. I have family in Florida(My dads dads side of the family) and i went for my birthday last year and stayed for like 10ish days. It was amazing. Staying home Vs going back to work? What did you decide?

I also was a day care provider and nanny for many years before having our baby and after being in that world, I realized that there was NO WAY that I would want my son to be raised by day care providers and nannies. So, my hubby and I decided that we were gonna do whatever it took for me to stay home. This entails my hubby working two jobs (one full time, on part time) to make more cash, we don't go out to eat or movies (we have Netflix instead), I don't buy all the new clothes and other fashion items, we do most of our buying on craigslist, etc. Also, it means that we cannot afford to buy a house right now. In a few years, once my baby goes to school, then maybe we'll consider me going back to work. But, I would not give up these initial years with my baby for anything. There ARE ways of staying home and managing financially....it just requires A LOT of self sacrifice and some extra hard work and cutting off a lot of extras. I am always so happy to hear of other mothers who decided to stay home for their babies. Yay! YOUR BABY WILL APPRECIATE IT SOMEDAY!

Annoying ex boyfriend problem?

Okay so last year in 8th grade I got my first boyfriend. He was in 10th grade at the time. 16 month old with diarrhea, what's causing it? & what can I do to help her feel better?

We all know that kids put everything in there mouths and germs are everywhere, no matter how clean you are. Im like a germ freak and 2 months ago my 2 year old had real bad diarrhea for 5 days(ugh it was awful!) Any who we had no idea how he caught it. My husband and I are constantly washing our boys hands, cleaning there toys etc. The doc was like it just happens. That it was the stomach flu. We gave him jello, ginger ale(that was a rare treat for him, that he loved LOL:)) saltine crackers with cheese, yogurt. Im sure something else but i don't remember. Give plenty of fluids to keep her hydrated, water alone will not due and she can still dehydrate with that. She needs electrolytes, sodium. Stay home and it will get better. If it gets worse don't hesitate to call the pediatricians office for more advice. Good luck and hope your lil one is feeling better in no time.

NYX Cosmetics... Are they good?

NYX is surprisingly one of the best drugstore cosmetics brands. So many of its products are dupes for MAC and others. I am in love with NYX eye shadows, blush, lip glosses, liquid eyeliners and pencil liners (they don't smudge!). You'd never think they're only a few dollars! I've converted lots of my makeup snob friends. Also I'd avoid things such as HIP which test on animals. NYX doesn't :)

Car problem, Gas related 2008 Scion xB?

OK my problem is, i was headed to work Monday night, i work third shift, i filled up my car at a local gas station non-brand name its like a mom n pops country store type thing, got half way to work.. started to have problems... long story short next day i get a call from car repair shop they say i have bad fuel... my fuel pump is fried and my gas tank has warped they cant even get the o-ring back on... the scion is under warranty but! they do not cover this type of damage I contacted the supplier for the corner store they said they checked and the problem is not with them, they said there gas is fine they came to store etc etc.... and the corner store is saying oh.. well i don't know what the problem is or how this happened saying that hes not had any problems with anyone else etc was also told that they have no insurance to cover it.. i was quoted $1,400.00 in repairs for my scion for a new gas tank, pump & labor what.. should i do i don'tt have the money to repair it please help

If you were me, would you be offended?

I went through a fast food drive thru to get some food after work (did not feel like cooking tonight) and when I went to the first window to pay, he gave me my change and said "here you go, big guy." im not sure if this helps but everyone that doesnt fly too often gets nerveous flying yet they still do it, i love flying but i only do it like 3 times a year now and i flew a lot when i was little and everytime i feel like throwing up lol but the thing is that is safe and normal i mean i bet by now everyone knows that you are more likely to get on car accident than in a plane one and also your flight its not that long or anything i mean its just state to state i will be more nerveous if i was going overseas or something dont be nerveous and just make sure that since you are traveling alone you have music you enjoy and adjust your sit from beggining of your flight cause if you move it afterwards the person behind might think you are trying to make them uncomfortable, peace out and have a nice trip

Does anyone have an easy free program for designing PCR primers?

I'm making DNA primers for PCR, and it seems like there has got to be a simple program to design the reverse primer. I have no experience in programming, but it seems like a program that reverses the order of bases you enter in and converts it to complementary bases would be quite simple to make. Opinion Question about Rifles?

I am looking for a good deer rifle. I have not really fired any rifles other than my .22 rifle and Yugo SKS. I am looking on recommendations for a good deer hunting rifle. I have heard the SKS is a good poor mans deer rifle, but I have also heard its illegal to hunt in some states with a semi auto. Because of this I'm considering trading my Yugo SKS for something like a Bolt action 30-30 or 30-06 but I am wanting suggestions. What would you do? Would you trade an SKS for another rifle? Why not let the players vote on this new kickoff rule change?

They moved the kickoff up to the 35 yard line to increase the number of touchbacks because the competition committee says most injuries are occurring on kickoff returns. They said safety trumps excitement and competition of the game. Why don't they let the players vote on it since they are ones who are putting their lives at risk, not some ex-gm or owner or old bald guy. From what I heard most players oppose the new rule. Do they think the players are too dumb to understand the two sides of the issue? Anaphalytic shock and pregnancy, HELP.?

Im pregnant and allergic to EVERYTHING, especially around spring when things begin to turn green, I have gone into anaphalytic shock twice, and wound up in the hospital. I am worried that if I get allergic to something there is nothing I can do because of the baby. I have an Epi-pen, but that in itself is a risk without being pregnant. I had atrial fibrillation. Already on a 2nd ICD before I got the ablation. The cardiologist will try with drugs first. The EP Dr. will access if you need an ablation and the pacemaker. An ablation, starts out like a cardiac cahterization and they will stop the pathways in the heart (AV node) that causes the a-fibs from happening again. If you have ablation you may need a pacemaker. Probably not the same day, you would have one sore leg and pain in your left shoulder. An EP is a cardiologist that studies the electrical pathways of the heart.

Compressed Natural Gas for home use?

I am looking for any information I can find about CNG (compressed natural gas). Here is my situation. I live way out in a rural area away from public utilities. I get my natural gas direct of off a pump jack. It is low pressure and not always reliable. I need a way to capture and store the gas in a tank for times of high use or when the pump jack is not working do to equipment failure. I have seen some machines for sale to refuel CNG cars at home, but I think they cost around $4000. That is crazy! I bet I could build one myself if I knew what I needed and where to get the parts. Is My Pet Ferret Blind, Or Just Crazy?

Okay so I have a approximately 4 year old pet ferret Ralph. We rescued him from abusive owners when he was one, and he’s always been a few puppies short of a pet shop. He's also very small compared to my other 2 year old male Milo. He was bald for a good chunk of his life and then last year he just.. poof grew back his fur, longer than ever. After that happened his eyes have been getting gray and foggy, which is wrong ferrets should have clear black eyes or red. He bumps into things and he slips when he walks. Seeing as this is not life threatening and Veterinary services for ferrets are very high we have not had him examined recently. So blind crazy or both?

PC fan not spinning but says it is?

My case fan is acting really strangely. I have a fan voltage regulator and when I turn it on it will spin really weakly for about 5 seconds then stop. The controller (NZXT Sentry 2) says it is spinning though. If I constantly change the voltage (90%->100%->90%->100%...) it will keep spinning but not as strongly as it should. I will randomly twitch like it's trying to spin and sort of go weakly for a couple seconds sometimes but never maintains a constant speed. I know it's not the controller because I tried it on another fan and it worked fine, so what's the problem?
