Why is it that some women are more easy going then others.?

I've notice this when I tried to get to know girls in the p. I notice this even when I'm a bit monotone and shy and talking to a girl who is really pretty and attractive. Will even take the time to listen and take interest and ask me questions. While other girls will listen and move their heads up to look to the ceiling or sky or check their phone. Can this have any connection that they are really good friends with guys and transfer this to dating.
