What's this stringy goop in my eyes?

About two years ago, i had the worst spring allergies evvvvvverr. Ever since then, I've had these lony..GOOBER things. I don't know a technical term for it, and no one knows what I'm talking about when I try to explain it to them. They form on my bottom eyelid, and sometimes they go on my pupil and block my vision. I can like, feel like them down there and I have to get them out with my finger. They're constantly there. Not one minute for the past two years have i not felt them in my eyes. Pleeeeeease help, I can't stand it anymore!
