If I use a code for the M Effect 2 Cerberus Network, will it be available for all of my careers?

I just beat the regular M Effect 2 story once, and I plan to beat it at least once or twice more. If I use the code will I be able to get all the content and missions and stuff for all of my careers in my gamertag?
