Who is right? Me or my mom?

Im 14 and my mom and i have been fightin alot lately, but we just dont get along like we dont. So long story short, i have to have surgery this summer on my feet. I have family in Florida(My dads dads side of the family) and i went for my birthday last year and stayed for like 10ish days. It was amazing. So my parents knew i was planning on going again this year for my birthday in august. My dad suggested my mom take me since we have been figtin. And she just brought it up how we could go just me and her and go to the beach for 3 or 4 days. I was like no i dont want to. Long story short she thinks im being ungreatful because i would rather it be like last summer, where i get to see my family and be at the beach and meet people instead of going for a few days just my mom and i(she said maybe my nana could go with us) I dont think thats ungreatful, and my dad said he would just take me to avoid drama. I like going with my dad we have always gone, and he knows his way around cause he lived there as a kid(we live in ohio). He wouldnt shelter me as much as she would. He is still over protective but yeah. Who's right? thanks
