Who killed who in Scream 4?

Nah I think you pretty much got it. Although is Jill supposed to be alive in the end? It's controversal I suppose, but appartently she moved in the ending sceen. I was talking to someone, but my friend Summer said she blinked. But how could she survive being shocked (she was SMOKING) and then shot? But the killer's always survived in the other ones so... Anyways, and yeah Gail's attack was Jill because she was missing from the house, plus Charlie was hosting the Stab fest.
