What i m used word pvt. ltd in computer coaching?

Two kind of proprietorship are there. 1. Sole 2.Partnership. You should name the company If u run in partnership as "xxxxx&co" and u should get permission for the name from govt. For sole U can name whatever u wish. pvt.ltd means your company is not a public. you are 100% share owner of the company. whereas public ltd shares it shares with public like reliance.
