Can i combine credit cards on paypal to pay for an item?

ok, so i won an item on ebay, and now i have to pay for it. i have a paypal account and right now i have $23 on it's balance. i also have a few credit cards (amex and visa gift cards) linked to my account. i need to use money from all three of those sources (2 credit cards and paypal balance) but when i go to checkout it only lets me use the paypal balance and 1 credit card. is there anyway around this?? or, is there a way to transfer the money from the credit cards to the paypal balance??? PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE!!! I NEED THIS INFO ASAP!!!! THANK YOU TO ANY CONTRIBUTORS! :)
