How will i be able to balance this mandatory school program with modeling auditions and bookings?

This program wants to meet once a week and on saturdays from 8:30 to 4:30. and its very mandatory. what if i book a job and the shoot is on saturday, what do i do? I'm 15. or will my manager coordinate these things
