Are there any medical coding and billing jobs for new graduate?

I am in school for medical coding and billing and in a few months I will be certified. I live on Fort Bragg in NC. I have researched many job sites and cannot find a medical coding and billing job for starting out such as monster.com, yahoo jobs, and yes craigslist. Everyone wants at least 1-2 years of experience. I need to start somewhere. Where should I be looking? Any Ideas? Thanks
