Compressed Natural Gas for home use?
I am looking for any information I can find about CNG (compressed natural gas). Here is my situation. I live way out in a rural area away from public utilities. I get my natural gas direct of off a pump jack. It is low pressure and not always reliable. I need a way to capture and store the gas in a tank for times of high use or when the pump jack is not working do to equipment failure. I have seen some machines for sale to refuel CNG cars at home, but I think they cost around $4000. That is crazy! I bet I could build one myself if I knew what I needed and where to get the parts. So what I am looking for is technical info and links to resources. Or even a better forum to post this question if nothing else. Thanks
